NYC Taxi Painted with Flowers, part of a Public Art Project

From September to December 2007, New York City Taxis were painted with bright flowers by children as part of a large public art project. The program, known as "Garden in Transit" was organized by a nonprofit group, Portraits in Hope, to provide creative therapy for ill and disabled children.
